We worked with Michelle for over a year, we met her when we started going to open houses in the Gloucester/Rockport area. From the start, we let her know that we like to do the leg work on our own and did not like pressure. She fully understood this and at no time over the 1+ years we worked with her did she ever push us to make a buy. Over the initial few months working with her, she understood what we were looking for in a house, our needs changed halfway through the process and so we had to shift gears drastically, she fully understood and switched gears quicker than we did.
